Casa Poli
In November 2009, Brummund was invited to work at Casa Poli by Pezo von Ellrichshausen Architects. Casa Poli is located on the Coliumo Peninsula in central Chile. During her residency, Karen created a temporary, video installation on the exterior and a paper-based instalation on the interior. Casa Poli already provides a profound experience of the environment. Karen's works further explore how one perceives the place and time through this building. The photocopies of the interior space and segments of the video screening can be seen under installations and moving images.
